Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to feel confident in their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a refund, a return request must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier. All products must be returned to us in order to qualify for a refund. Products must be unused or lightly used, and one opened item is acceptable. Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible. Proof of purchase, such as an order number, is required for all return requests.

To initiate a return, customers must first contact our support team to request return authorization. Once the return request is approved, return instructions will be provided. The product must be shipped back to us within seven (7) days of receiving return approval. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days after inspection for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Items returned after the thirty-day window are not eligible for a refund. Products showing excessive use, damage, or signs of tampering will not be refunded. Clearance items, final sale items, and orders returned without prior authorization are also non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of excessive or suspicious refund activity, or where this policy has not been followed. This return policy applies to first-time purchases only, unless otherwise stated.
